| Junior A's Fight out a Draw |
| Drom-Inch's current good run in all grades continued when they came from 6points down with 10 minutes on the clock to level with the final puck off the ball from Keith Nolan. John McGrath took advantage off a shaky Loughmore full back line to rack up 1-2 in the opening 5minutes. Gradually Loughmore got back into the game by playing direct ball into Seamus Bohan who would continued to torment the Drom defense. Drom held a 2point advantage at half time thanks to the accurate free taking of David Butler to leave it 1-7 to 1-5. Drom started the 2nd half poorly and were almost over run as Loughmore scored 2-3 in the opening 10minutes, but at the same time Loughmore paid dearly for not taking their points as Drom blocked out penalty, 21yd Free and several more scoring chances when the point looked the easier option. To their credit Drom battled on and never panicked and when David Butler goaled with 5mins left it was no more than they deserved. John McGrath tagged on another point a minute later to send the game down to the wire. It was then left to Keith Nolan score a carbon copy of his equalizing point against Sarsfield and he held his nerve to slot home on the final whistle. |

| Junior's year comes to an end |
| The Drom & Inch Junior A team played their final game of the year this evening against a Holycross side fancied for the Mid Title. Following last years success, the junior A & B teams stepped up to Intermediate and Junior A. The result was our third team taking on the first and second teams from other clubs. In what was a year of transition, with many players hanging up the boots and a number of younger players coming up the line, they failed to register a win in the championship, but were never more than a few scores off the pace. |

| Mid Junior League - Drom loose in strange circumstances |
| In controversial circumstances Drom were knocked out of the junior league after a disputed scoreline in the Ragg on Saturday 7th May. Drom were leading from the very first minute and looked to have the match won when John McGrath pointed a minute into injury time, however, bafling to both teams and umpires the referee had deemed Gortnahoe won the match by a point instead of Drom. | County Champions |
| Congratulations to the Drom-Inch Junior A team on winning the Junior A county final. It has been a great two years for this team who have won 2 Mid leagues, 2 Mid championships and now cap it off with a county final.
