Senior League
The senior team were defeated in the opening round of the Mid championship at the hands of neighbours JK Brackens in Holycross. This was a disappointing result given the preparation of the team in the lead up to the game. They return to county league duty this weekend when they meet Burgess in the Ragg on Sunday at 3pm.
Intermediate League
The intermediates will play Shannon Rovers in the county league when they travel to Ballinderry on Sunday morning for throw in at 12noon
Membership
Membership is now OVERDUE for ALL players and non players. Players MUST have paid their membership in order to receive any more club texts or to be available for selection for matches. Adult Players €50, Students €30, Non-playing adults €30, Minors & Juveniles €10. Membership can be given to Therese Fahey, Brian Costello, Pat Egan or Trevor Hassett.
Club Lotto:
This week is the final week of the current Lotto calendar and promotors shall be calling in the coming week for renewals. The Jackpot is currently standing at €7,800 and the draw this week takes place in Ryan’s Pub Drom at 9.30pm Tuesday.
Under 21 Football County Semi Final
Our under 21’s will play Ballyporeen in Cahir on Saturday at 6.30pm in the county semi final. Please come along and support the team as they bid to reach the county final for the first time
Monthly Committee Meeting
The monthly committee meeting for April will take place in the club house on Wednesday at 9pm.
Junior League:
Our junior A’s will play hosts to Gortnahoe Glengoole on Sunday evening next in the Ragg at 6.45. Training continues for Junior A & B team in the Ragg on Wednesday evening at 7pm sharp.
Under 18s
Our minor footballers play their next round of the championship against Boherlahan Dualla in Boherlahan on Thursday evening at 6.45pm.
U6’s,U8’s & U10’s
This Saturday there will be training for Under 6’s, Under 8’s & Under 10’s at 10.30am in the Ragg. Note ALL under 6 parents must stay for the full duration of the training and all those who have not registered previously must do so on Saturday.
Under 12’s
The under 12s continue their football campaign on Tuesday 12th April in Templetuohy against Moyne Templetuohy at 6.45pm.
Under 14’s
Our under 14’s begin their football championship campaign on Thursday when they host Durlas Og in the Ragg at 6.30.
Under 16’s
The under 16s continue their football campaign on Monday 18th April against Durlas Og in The Ragg at 7:00.
