County Junior B Semi Final
Training now continues for the county final which will be in a couple of weeks. We thank all the Intermediates and Junior A’s who came down Sunday morning to help prepare the Junior B’s with a match.
Training Fund
The club would like to thank all those who contributed to the training fund throughout the year and without whose help it would not be possible to help fund the successful year the club has had so far. Acknowledgement receipts are currently been written to all those who contributed.
Minor Hurling County Final
Well done to our minors who dug deep to earn a replay against Burgess in the county final. After a slow start to the game we pegged them back to a single score at half time but a dreadful start to the second half saw us trailing by 1-12 to 7 point with a quarter remaining. The boys rallied and score by score they drew level with time up and could have stole it very late on with a free from our own half. We wish the team well in the replay which shall take place in Dolla on Sunday 27th November at 1pm (Subject to change due to sale of work in Inch.)
Camogie County final
Congratulations to our victorious camogie team who defeated Cashel to win the county senior camogie final replay on Sunday last in the camogie grounds in the Ragg by 0-7 to 0-5. With scores hard to come by due to a strong breeze coming across the field, every player showed true grit and a fantastic work rate to ensure they got over the line. We wish them well in the Munster final on Saturday next at 2pm in Bansha
County Board Draw
Well done to Martin Butler who won €200 in the November draw of the county board draw.
