Juvenile AGM:
Juvenile AGM took place Monday night in front of a healthy attendance. Outgoing chairman Teddy Kennedy gave a very good chairman’s address where he thanked all who have helped with the smooth running of the juvenile club during his tenure as chairman. He also thanked outgoing treasurer Sinead Nolan for her fantastic service as treasurer and that it was an example of just how good a job she has been doing leaving the club with such a healthy financial balance. A presentation was made on behalf of the club to both Teddy and Sinead for their years of service to the juvenile club. Secretary Niamh Butler gave a comprehensive report on all the activities of the Juvenile club throughout the year and thanked everyone who contributed to running the club throughout the year and bringing back a county U-14 football title along with several schools county titles. Outgoing chairman Teddy Kennedy also paid tribute to the trojan work been done in the primary schools by outgoing school liaison officer Liam Kennedy and also wished Matthew McGrath well in his new role.

Inter-county Action
Well done to James Woodlock who made his first appearance following his nasty leg injury in the 2009 county final. James was a half time substitute for Tipperary coming on midfield. James showed that he has not lost any of his skill or pace and put in a very solid display in the second half. We wish James and Seamus well for the coming year with Tipperary and look forward to see both of them back in the green and white in the coming year. Also well done to Matthew Ryan came on for Dublin IT in their Walsh Cup victory over Carlow.
Harty Cup
Best of luck to all players involved in Harty Cup quarter final action this week as we have Jamie Maloney, Shane Hassett, Oisin Jordan, Martin Dooley and Brian Everard all involved with Our Lady’s Templemore who face Midleton in Cahir on Wednesday and also to Eamonn Buckley who is over the Thurles CBS team who face Ard Scoil Ris in their quarter final tie.
